Cristina Vanella is our Managing Director and responsible person for delivery of services agreed between you and Salubritas Consultants Ltd and will be leading the team’s resources and deliverables for the projects.
Below is a summary of Cristina’s Individual skills (evidence of the team collective skills will be provided to you as part of tender and or contractual agreements).
CMIOSH: Cristina’s skills have been assessed by The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) which is the world's leading professional body for people responsible for safety and health in the workplace. Cristina holds a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) membership which, according to IOSH, means that you are dealing with someone who's at the top of their profession. CMIOSHs also have the respect of their peers because other professionals know that CMIOSHs have been through a rigorous process to become Chartered and have met the high standards of the world's most prestigious body for health and safety professionals.
CMAPS: Cristina’s skills have also been assessed by the Association for Project Safety (APS), which is the leading professional institution in the field of construction health and safety risk management. Cristina holds a Certified Membership of the Association for Project Safety (CMAPS), which, according to APS, means Cristina is an experienced, practicing professional demonstrating a depth and breadth of skills, knowledge and experience (SKE) in design and construction health and safety risk management.
MIIRSM: Cristina’s also holds membership of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) which is the independent, educational charity providing practical support to everyone involved in managing risks to benefit people, society, governments and business. Cristina is full member (MIIRSM) which, according to IIRSM, means having access to practical and accessible education, resources and community networking opportunities enabling to take a leadership role in development and implementation of integrated risk policies.
OSHCR: Cristina is a registered member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR). According to OSHCR, working with a registered consultant brings you peace of mind and the certainty that you are working with a certified professional who holds chartered-level (or equivalent) membership with their professional body, has valid PI insurance and is committed to on-going professional development.
CSCS: Cristina holds a valid the CSCS Managers (black) card granted by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. According to CSCS, this card is available for manager occupations subject to either achievement of a Construction related NVQ/SVQ levels 5, 6 or 7 in the relevant construction management level qualification or subject to holding a pre-existing NVQ level 4 in construction management. This means that Cristina has proven having the training and qualifications required to carry out her job.
CPD: To maintain membership of professional institutions and industry schemes, Cristina can demonstrate the professional bodies that she is committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with a responsibility to show that she is keeping on top of the demands of her job and meeting high standards.
